Situation
Due to the disruption of cell phone and internet service, the public is starting to panic. In Daytona Beach the Costco is unable to open due to frequent power outages and disruption of their cash registers. Angry shoppers have amassed at the store and the tensions are quickly escalating into a mob riot. There have been several altercations among shoppers attempting to get gas. There are also reports that there are other supermarkets that are facing the same situations.
Action
At 0955L contact the EOC and provide a situation report (SITREP). You may embellish or add to the situation to your liking.
