Situation
The thunderstorms going through the area have caused high winds. The sheriff’s office have closed all the bridges between beach side and the main land. On the beach side of the bridges there are about 240 vehicles attempting to leave beach side for the main land. This has caused a significant traffic jam leaving most streets leading to bridges in a gridlock. Currently, calm is prevailing, but tension is obviously rising.
Action
At approximately 0935L provide a situation report to the EOC concerning bridges being closed. Feel free to embellish upon the situation as you see fit.
