Testing with a mobile rig:
Key up with an IC-2820 on low power (5W). The repeater shuts down almost immediately. This was has been pretty consistently. The antenna on the IC-2820 is a about an 11 dBi at about 30 feet from the antenna on the repeater which is probably around an 8.6 dBi antenna. Not sure if there is too much signal that is causing the repeater get overwelmed.
Testing with handheld :
Key up with AT-878 on low power (1W) from inside next to the repeater. Rough distance to the repeater antenna is 35 feet through a couple of walls. Similar, but transmits for a few seconds before shutting down.
